New Urban Decay Spring Products

3 It is no secret I lurve me some Urban Decay shadows, I think they make the best powder shadows on the market and I love to get their palettes.  So much shadow for not too much money!  Well <a href="http://www.kissandmakeup.tv/2008/07/kiss_and_makeup_41.html" target="_blank">Kiss and Makeup</a> have exclusive pics of the new palette coming out in September!
