I did my face wash and toner and then I put my lotion on and it doesn't feel smooth like it normally does it is hard to describe so that it makes sense but it when i run my hand over my face it feels like i am rubbing a mixture of skin and lotion off ....I hope that makes some sense .....could this mean that I need to exfoliate more or what ? I have had this happen a time or two before but never really thought to ask any one ...so any suggestions you might have I would greatly appreciate ...also I know it isn't my face wash or toner or even my cream because it doesn't happen all the time ...that is why I am thinking maybe exfoliating ?????
