The last time I wore makeup on a regular basis was when I was "Goth" in the mid '80s.

Unfortunately I am starting to look my age. I have very sensitive skin (not sure to what except all things sunscreen, yes even the super duper sensitive skin brands) dry, very pale skin, blue eyes and dyed red/dr brown hair (naturally a strawberry light brown kind of color). The red blotches on my cheeks are getting more pronounced as I get older and I now want to hide it. I want something light to just even everything out.

I would also like some recommendations for colors and brands for lipstick/mascara/eyeshadows so I don't end up looking washed out once my face is more uniform in color. In the past when people have put make up on my it tends to stand out. Particularly the "natural" browns. I know I will do it once a day and forget about it.

I am thinking I don't want heavy black eyeliner/mascara and bright red lipstick. hehehe
