I love lockets. No, I ADORE lockets. I have one I got for maybe four dollars from For Love 21, that I wore almost constantly. I keep a piece of paper with my favorite bible verse on it. (1 John 4:10 This is love: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the payment for our sins.)
One day, at my singing lesson, my voice teacher kept complimenting me on it. Saying how pretty it was, how antique looking it was, how she loved it...so at the end of my lesson, I gave it to her. She wouldn't accept it unless we had an understanding. She said that the only was she'd take it was if anyone complimented HER on it, she had to give it to them. We decided it was going to go all areound the world and convert people to Christianity and there'd be a book and a movie and even an Oprah. So if you recieve this locket, remember how much change just one little locket can do. :)

I totally believe in payitforward and what you and your teacher have started is wonderful and who knows it could end up on someone's neck that feels they have no where to turn and are truly hitting rock bottom ......It is so wonderful that you and her came up with this ....and if for some reason it would end up with me I would so cherish its history and the meaning behind it. You are doing a wonderful thing and your character is just shining through by doing this .....God Bless you for such a nice Deed ..... It actually brought tears to my eyes reading this ...just to know that there is such good in people and you my friend are shining through :)
