I spent all day Sunday watching the Twilight trailers on youtube. I lent my sister all of the books yesterday and haven't heard from her yet ... I assume she has been up all night reading!! Did anyone catch True Blood on HBO?

I'm really excited about the movie, did you see they pushed the date up to november? I've actually started reading Anne Rice's "Interview with the vampire" and I really like it so far.

True Blood is good, I want to get the Southern Vampire Series that the show is based on. They are on my Christmas list, but I am not sure I can wait that long!

I hate youuuuu girls! Now because of you I can't focus to anything till I don't finish Twilight! I got only the first volume today and love it so far! I don't think that the literature techiniques used are something extraordinary, but the story itself is loooooovely!

I agree Lolita. The writing isn't incredible, but the story is just super addicting. Th movie is coming out November 21st (I'm pretty positive) for the US.

yup, exactly, i'm just sick of all those paragraphs where Edward is descibed in his utter perfection.. that's boring, boring, boring :) But I can totally relate to this view.. I don't know, I just love it :)
I searched for some info and the movie will launch here in JANUARY! Omg, i can't wait that long.. I'm going to have to download it asap, and then go to the cinema and actually see it.. So.. I'm rushing to finish the book these days, to have the satisfaction that I read it before the movie came out :)

I got the first volume today as well. I usually read non-fiction, but I figured since there was such a frenzy about this series, I had to check it out.

aww, and about the leaking material.. well, I think that she is smart or if she's got a good PR team to advice her, she'll write Edward's Twilight eventually. You've got to be dumb not to exploit this whole Twilight frenzy, as Staci said, and lose the money that the book will get you. And this whole postponing thing.. I think it's only a marketing trick, leave the teaser to make you more anxious, giving time to obsess about the book and stuff.. I'm sure anything that has Twilight written on sells like crazy, so I'm sure we'll read Edward's view soon enough. Maybe after the Twilight euphoria tones down a bit.. only to begin again! It's just hard for me to appreciate it as a good piece of literature, sorry. Even though I LOVE IT, nonetheless..
I downloaded the 1st chapter yesterday, and plan to read all of them.. but only after I finish Twilight the 1st, I don't wanna be tempted to spoil my joy..
