All right, we have learned how to apply gel or cream liners  and how to apply pencil liners.  Now today we will learn how to keep your eyeliner (and all eye makeup) smudge-free.

Does your mascara run, your eyeliner smear and your eyeshadow crease?  Then you have Oily-Lid Syndrome.  The oils in your lids are breaking down your eye makeup and causing it to smear, smudge, run and crease.  But this annoying problem can be helped with an eye primer.  In this video below, I demonstrate using primers to ensure your makeup will look as good when you get home, as when you left the house ...
