Critty's Cult of Cherries FOTD

Here is my face of the day!  I haven't done a FOTD in a while, I am a bad girl!  One of my Sept resolutions is to do a FOTD at least Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Today I used the Tempting Quad from MAC's Cult of Cherries for a very Fall look.  Lime and yellow greens make my eyes look really blue, I have a yellowy/green part in my eye around the pupil, you can see it in my picture.  Mr Critty has it too - but we have blood tests to prove we are not related!!  Lol, you have to get that done before you get married in Cancun.  Can you imagine if you found out you were related to your fiance?????

 

No close up pics, I am experimenting with camera angles and couldn't get it to focus on any of the pics but this one!  I also forgot to conceal under my nose, nice and red (I tried to color correct the photo, but you can still see a bit of it)! 

As usual, I started off with Smashbox Photo Finish Light Foundation Primer and then applied my Make Up For Ever HD Invisible Cover Foundation in 110 Pink Porcelain by stippling and buffing with the MAC 187 brush.  I used  Dior Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen in Candle Light 002 under my eyes.

To prime my lids I used Too Faced Shadow Insurance and then started with the MAC Tempting quad.  I used the lightest color, Next to Nothing all over my lid up to the brow bone and on the inner corner.  I used Sharp (acid green) all over my lids, I used 2 layers for this intensity, but it is a pretty intense color with just one layer!  I used Tempting, a shimmery bronze, in my crease blending it up.  I then used Dark Edge (deep matte cocoa) as a liner on the top and bottom lash line and more Sharp as liner near the inner 1/3 of my eye.  Toped that off with Lancome Oscillation mascara.

 Blush was L'Oreal True Match is Baby Blossom.  For lips I used  Vincent Longo Duo Lip Pencil Roseberry/ Spring Rose lipliner (the roseberry side) and lipstick was MAC's Lightly Ripe (also from Cult of Cherry).

pretty critty!!! LOVE both of my quads from CoC ....tempting & shadowy lady..... so many possible looks! i'll be doing a haul/review post as soon i've tried all the shadows.....

Very pretty! I like this quad so much, but I passed up on Cult of Cherry. But I think I may go get Shadowy Lady.
