They are interchangeable to me in terms of quality ... but I would go with Too Faced because it comes in a squeeze tube, not only more hygienic, but you can squeeze every last drop out. UD leaves half of the product still in the container and you have to saw it open to get to the stuff (I kid you not), so to me Too Faced is the better deal - no sawing required!! Don't forget the new UD palette is coming out in August!! :)
