My Face Today - 05/30/08

Hey Everyone! 

Hope you are having a beautiful Friday getting ready for the weekend!  Woo hoo!  We've got friends coming over for dinner tonight, so that should be a good time.

Lots of big circles today, so I decided to focus on my lips and cheeks with a light eye look, and I am pretty happy with the results!

 

 

 

Today I started with Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer and since it was a nice non-red day (yay!) I just used Clinique's Perfectly Real Compact Makeup which is a powder foundation.  I applied it with the sponge.  On my brows, as per usual I have on Anastasia Brow Powder Duo II Brow Color in Medium Ash.  I love this stuff!  My mom ordered it and then couldn't handle powder (she prefers a pencil) so I hav ebeen using it for the past 6 months and have barely made a dent in it!

On my eyes I have two BeneFit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liners RSVP all over my lid and along the lower lash line, and Strut (charcoal) along the upper lash line.  I am using Cover Girl Lash Blast, as per usual.  

On my cheeks I have MAC Beauty Powder Blush in True Romanitc and on my lips I have several layers of NARS Sheer Lipstick in Dolce Vita.  Dolce Vita is one of those cult colors that is suppose to look good on everyone, it is a beautiful dusty rose, that I made a bit darker by layering it.  I wish the lipstick was a bit more moisturizing .... for $24 I expect a lot!

I am off to MAC to check out the Tendertones, and will post the swatches soon!  This weekend will be all about chilling and I may go see the Sex and the City movie ...

pretty crtty as usual......i love your lashes!!! they are so flashy!!! i have invisiable lashed so i tend to get lash envy ;-) I really like that eyeshadow also......very shimmery but a nice nuetral color. perfect for the days you want something simple but fun!

Can the Benefit Cream Shadow/Liners be used as a eyeshadow base?
